Summary: Analyzed the impact of healthy vascular aging (HVA) and cardiorespiratory fitness on subclinical atherosclerosis using health screening center data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Literature review and inclusion & exclusion criteria design
  • Built analysis database by querying and merging multiple data tables from health screening DB
  • Large-scale clinical data cleaning and derived variable generation (Physical Activity, HVA from lab, questionnaire, and exercise stress test data)
  • Logistic regression analysis of the relationship between CRF, HVA status, and subclinical atherosclerosis

Outcome: 1 SCI publication (featured in BRIC’s People Who Brightened Korea — a curation of Korean first/corresponding-author papers in journals with IF ≥ 10 and JCR top 10%)
