Summary: Developed an AI-based intelligent medical solution for predicting breast cancer occurrence risk and recurrence risk by survival period, using health screening center data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designed case & control, inclusion & exclusion criteria
- Extracted data from health screening center DB and CDW
- Cleaned numerical data, performed EDA, and converted free-text medical records into structured data
- Developed time-point breast cancer prediction models and longitudinal prediction models for patients with multiple screenings
Outcome: Constructed and distributed cleaned health screening database (2016–2021) and DR.H registry expansion; built model training/validation datasets
